Description
We only use Umbrian truffles, and we choose them one by one. They are ideal to garnish all kind of dishes, pasta, pizza or to prepare pâtés and galantines. The preservation water can be used as condiment, too.
Ingredients:
Whole summer truffles (tuber aestivum vitt.), summer truffle juice, water, salt, natural flavor.
Shelf life:
48 months from the packaging date. Store the product in a cool and dry place. With the jar open, keep the product in the refrigerator for a maximum of 4-5 days.
