Serves 4: Melt 4 scamorze in the special pieces (alternatively, use 4 aluminum trays) in the oven for 5 min. or more if necessary.
Remove the crock from the oven, plenty of truffle grated over or sprinkle with “Black Summer Truffle cream” and serve.
It’s a quick but delicious dish, perfect to enjoy all the natural flavor of the truffle.
