100% acorn-fed Iberian ham by César Nieto, with a long curing period exceeding 50 months, obtained from 100% Iberian breed pigs, raised in free-range conditions and fed exclusively on grass and acorns.

Its characteristic color ranges from very dark purple to pink, with a significant amount of external fat. The high oleic acid content in its fat makes it soft and light, literally “melting” in the mouth. It quickly delivers its intense flavor and pleasant aromas to the palate.
